He knows why he's on loan-MOU takes swipe against LUKAKU

He knows why he's on loan: Mourinho hits out Everton star Lukaku as Chelsea stick with Torres, Eto'o and Ba up front

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has taken a swipe at Romelu Lukaku, saying the striker has never revealed why he joined Everton on loan.
Lukaku has netted seven goals already for the Toffees this season, leading many to question why he was allowed to leave Stamford Bridge.

And after the Belgium hitman revealed he had not spoken to the manager of his parent club in two months, Mourinho hit back.

SINGING THE BLUES

Chelsea strikers in the Premier League 2013-14
Lukaku: 9 games 7 goals (at Everton)
Torres: 8 games 1 goal
Eto'o: 8 games 2 goals
Ba: 4 games 0 goals
Speaking before his side's clash at home to Southampton, Mourinho said: 'Romelu likes to speak. He's a young boy who likes to speak. But the only thing he didn't say is why he went to Everton on loan.
'That's the only thing he never says. And my last contact with him was to tell him exactly that. Why do you never say why you are not here? So it's something he should (talk about) because he likes to speak.
'It's something he should say, the reason why he's not with Chelsea and is in Everton.'

While Lukaku is topping Everton's goalscoring charts, Chelsea strikers Fernando Torres, Demba Ba and Samuel Eto'o have struggled to find the net regularly.
But Mourinho confirmed the Blues would be sticking by the trio for the duration of the season, ruling out a move for Porto striker Jackson Martinez.
Mourinho confirmed there would be 'nobody in, nobody out' in January from Chelsea's striking ranks.
